Normal time for delivery of our goods is 5-7 work days in Europe. (with few exceptions it could take a few extra days depending on season, etc.)

We offer free returns within Sweden - we want you to feel safe shopping with us.

Remember to pick up your delivery within 14 days! Deliveries returned to us will be debited with 399 SEK. If you regret your buy, you’ll just have to pick up your delivery and return it to us together with the return form. We offer free returns within Sweden and will credit the purchase as soon as possible.


Here are the full terms and conditions for Icross Flyfishing AB.

These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through Icross Flyfishing AB and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon Icross Flyfishing AB, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Icross Flyfishing AB.

The terms and conditions have been formed in accordance with Konsumentköplagen (1990:932), Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen (SFS 2005:59) and Personuppgiftslagen (SFS 1998:204).

Icross Flyfishing will not enter agreements with underaged (under 18 years) without parental approval.

Product

Product or service's main characteristics is that transport on lakes and rivers. In still water, not in the rapids

Price and Payment

Every product is shown including tax. Prices include free returns within Sweden. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment.

Card payments

For card payments, we use encryption through or partner Stripe, so that all your transaction are made safely. You can pay with VISA, Mastercard or any other credit card stated as payment option at the time of your purchase. At payment you’ll give information on card number, period of validity, CVC-code and for some cards, also 3D Secure-code.

Card numbers will not be stored by Icross Flyfishing AB after the fulfilled transaction.

Delivery

The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart next to the various ways of delivery. If a service/product has another delivery time then expressed in the shopping cart, this delivery time will be stated in connection to the individual services/products.

In case Icross Flyfishing AB has reason to question buyer's solvency or ability to pay for delivered products, Icross Flyfishing AB have no obligation to make delivery, and shall be entitled to stop products under carriage, unless buyer makes advance payment for the delivery and other claims arising from the business relation or grants security which can reasonably be accepted by Icross Flyfishing AB.

Icross Flyfishing has a cooperation with DHL for deliveries:

Your order will be sent to the nearest post office. You’ll be noticed either through mail or text message when your package is ready for pickup. You’ll have to be able to show a valid ID-card.

Normal delivery time is 5-7 work days from when Icross has confirmed your order. During holidays it might take a few more days to handle your order. If your order includes order items to in stock, the delivery time might be even longer.

Unclaimed packages

In 14 days your delivery will be held for you by the local post office. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited 399 SEK for all fees in connection with the return delivery.

Transport damage

We take responsibility for any goods damaged in transport or goods missing in transport, when in delivery to the customer.

When the customer returns a product to us, it is the customer that’s responsible for the delivery to Icross.

OBS! If you notice any transport damage on the goods at the time of delivery, it is the customers responsibility to within reasonable time or at least within two months, report a complaint with Icross. Therefore it is important that you always inspect the goods upon delivery for transport damage. We recommend that you report eventual transport damage directly to your postal office. Also, that you open your package upon delivery to make sure that everything is included as ordered and not damaged in transport. Also, contact Icross as soon as possible.

Return Policy

According to Swedish Distansavtalslagen you have the right to regret your purchase within 14 days from the delivery of the product.

The right to regret a purchase is valid only if the product is in unchanged condition and has all the stickers/notes, original packing, information manuals etc. You must use external packaging to prevent transportation damage.

You can not place return information, labels, notes etc directly on the original packaging. For your return to be acceptable, it must be in original condition, as new and original packaging not damaged. If not acceptable, Icross will return the package to you and debit shipping cost.

Swedish konsumentverket has a standard regret purchase form that must be used, available to download on the Icross website.

Complaint of product

If your have any complaint on the product, please contact info@icross.fish or phone +46 702997789. Please state your order number, item for which you have the complaint and please describe the complaint you have on the item. If it is possible, please take a photo of the product and attach to your email.

The right to complain on a product is only valid for production faults and not faults as a result of normal usage or aging of the product. A complaint must be filed with Icross as soon as the fault is revealed. According to Swedish law, you have up to 3 years from the purchase to file a complaint on the purchased product.

From receiving your complaint, we will get back to you within 30 days.

You do not qualify for our return policy if:

  • The service you have bought was commenced with your consent during the return period.

  • The price of the service purchased fluctuates with the financial market (ie Stock options).

  • Due to the physical nature of the service, it is not returnable.

  • The seal of authentication of the product has been broken/opened.

When returning a product/service:

  • You are obliged to keep the product/service in the same condition as when delivered.

  • You must not have used the product/service, however you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.

Privacy Policy

When ordering a product/service you will be asked to fill in you personal information. Upon purchase you agree to this information is stored in accordance with Icross Flyfishing AB's privacy policy in order to fulfil our agreement to you as our customer. In accordance to the Swedish law of Personuppgiftslagen (198:204) you have the right to know the information Icross Flyfishing AB have registered about your person. If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed. If this is the case please contact us by e-mail.

When purchasing a product from Icross, you also give consent to Icross that we can keep the personal information necessary to complete the purchase. The information will only be handled by Icross and the partners we use to handle the purchase, for example Stripe.

Force Majeure

Icross Flyfishing AB is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations.

Icross keeps the right not to deliver the product as agreed, as long as the circumstances beyond our control prevail. If any delay caused by these circumstances goes on beyond 2 months, you as well as Icross has the right to cancel the agreement, with no right to claim extra costs for damages connected to the cancellation.

Other

In the case of dispute, Icross flyfishing will follow Swedish law and “allmänna reklamationsnämndens rekommendationer”.

BE SAFE AND DON'T BE STUPID

We inflate the ICROSS to about 8 psi. That’s enough to make it rock hard. The ICROSS is tested for an insane 15 psi but to inflate it that much is just silly. And don’t be stupid. Always wear a life jacket and keep away from troubling white water. But, above all, enjoy being a free spirit and go wherever your heart desires.

And one more thing. We think the ICROSS is such a game changer and we would just love it if all you hardcore fly swingers out there put the ICROSS to maximum use and told us about it. So please share your adventures using this innovative product line.
